    • Shipped two production AI products end to end: a real-time voice ordering agent and a multi-tenant restaurant CRM exposed to agents as scoped MCP tools.
    • Cut tool-call latency from 2–4 seconds to under 1 second through region co-location, in-memory caching, ORM eager loading and Supabase connection pooling.
    • Built hybrid BM25 + semantic retrieval with RRF/MMR re-ranking to prevent wrong-item matches across large multi-vendor menus.
    • Led project planning by creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for cost and time estimations with up to 90% accuracy. Handled uncertainties using agile project management and PERT contingencies.
    • Maintained team productivity by conducting daily stand-ups and distributing tasks through PM tools like Linear and Notion, consistently front-running deadlines with deviations of around 9–10 days.
